Hello - and WELCOME to my BUSINESS PROGRAMS Page.
You most likely arrived here either from my HOME Page or my INTRODUCTION Page. My name is Peter Arnold , and I appreciate being able to share with you some excellent businesses and resources that I believe rate very highly in terms of value and in developing income streams and creating wealth from home. And given the "economic chaos" we've been subjected to - more and more people are 'searching' for alternatives to gain financial security and greater independence. When I find tools, systems and opportunities that meets my criteria - ones that I've personally tested and proven [to my skeptical self] that really work - I usually list some of them on this page (but not until then). Owning Your OWN Business
BUSINESS Ownership - As mentioned earlier, please keep in mind that
- 'nothing' - not personal real estate - not the stock market - not gold - rare art - coins -
stamp collections - vintage autos - family heirlooms - nothing has brought financial independence to as many
people as has business ownership.

Actual 'OWNERSHIP'? - What is listed below [the
businesses] - these are simply "options" for consideration -BUT- none of them is "an end in itself"
=> they [ideally] should form part of an overall Integrated Business SYSTEM that's much, much bigger.
With such an approach - YOU become a solid and "authenic"
Independent, Diversified Business OWNER (-vs- a Sales Rep for some MLM /
Affiliate company, subject to their power, control and ownership). This whole approach will bring
you real SUCCESS in your OWN business (YOU, Inc) -- and create real
WEALTH from home for you over time, regardless of which business you may currently be involved with, if
any.
Again - tapping into any ONE programs below, by itself, absolutely does not give
you any control. The "integrated" approach we subscribe to will bring a high level of success, when certain steps are
followed. We refer to this as the era of => 21st Century
Marketing.
Education-Based 'Relationship Marketing' - This is all about a principle
patterned after the universal Law Of Attraction.
Should we have a conversation, I will give you a FULL and detailed explanation, and SHOW you the
blueprint, because it's very critical that you have that information.
Advertising Budget - It is also important to understand that any
business will require some kind of an operating
budget to cover overhead costs (LD phone / Internet / advertising / promotion / marketing materials /
systems / tools / supplies), as with any other business. It also takes a lot of hard work, time and patience, the same as
with anything else worthwhile in life.
Some important considerations to keep in mind about
Diversification...
(1)- There are many different VEHICLES / BUSINESS
MODELS for generating income and creating wealth from home, including - an MLM-NETWORK MARKETING biz - a
WEBSITE biz - a FRANCHISE - a MEMBERSHIP (Subscription) Site biz - an AFFILIATE MARKETING biz - INTERNET MARKETING biz -
DIRECT SALES biz - TOP TIER MARKETING biz - SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING biz, and more. A few of these
are set out in my Business Achievers Academy site (link at the bottom of this page).
(2)- There are also many different
consumer PRODUCTS & SERVICES that can be marketed. For example - Digital
Information - Telecommunications - Nutritional Wellness Supplements - Weight Management - Travel - Internet Tools - Financial
/ Investment / Legal / Marketing / Insurance / Educational Services - Personal Development Programs - on and
on. Some will be higher priced - some lower priced. Some will need little or no start-up costs - others will require a capital
investment to set up. The risk/reward ratios will differ. People's finances, experience and skillsets will
differ. Different people will have different interests, likes and dislikes
in each of these areas.
(3)- There are certain companies that will not allow you to offer
"competing" products and services. Other companies will not allow you to represeny ANY other companies except for them
(far too severe, dictatorial! - and likely not enforceable). The
listings below offer a nice cross-section to help us avoid such pitfalls.
Many wll argue - at least in the MLM-Network Marketing industry - that you can only
work "one" MLM business at a time - otherwise, you'll suffer from 'fractured focus' and eventually fail. Frankly, I
believe that's very good advice.
Alert - However - for your own "protection" - I cannot recommend strongly enough, the
intelligence of having diversification at play =>
MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMS ((but not
"multiple MLMs")).
Personally, I disagree totally with those (often, because of strong 'self-interest') who
preach the doom-and-gloom scenerio of "multiple income streams" of ANY kind.
Despite the wrath against having more than one (1) revenue source - the
sober fact is - in this day and age of economic turmoil - having only ONE primary income renders us
extremely "vulnerable" - whether that income comes form a Home Biz - Job - Business or Profession.
W-H-Y? - Because first, we're living in uncertain
times, globally. Further, the companies we may associate
with can cease operations - OR be bought out - OR merge with another company - OR decide to bypass its Reps and go
"direct" - OR change ownership - OR terminate Reps [often, unjustly] - OR go public -OR 'crash and burn' (I can provide a list of at least "30" [so-called 'good'
ones] that I know of personally, in the Home Biz industry that 'hit the dust' - and there are 100's) - OR they can get
tangled up in bitter lawsuits against their Reps [or Reps against them] - on and on. I have witnessed the pain and
anguish suffered by those who pinned their hopes and dreams on only ONE Home Business - only to see it totally
"evaporate". I cannot tell you what this does to a family, both financially and emotionally.

So yes, only ONE 'primary'
MLM business - then, once into stable profit - with some guidance and support - seek out a number of other "passive" income sources (such as Affiliate programs, Funded Proposals,
Tools, etc).
PASSIVE Income
Sources - Yes, this is the GOAL, and we help our partners 'position' themselves for exactly this.
It can work very, very
well. It's all part of intelligent planning. :-)
Keeping 'AT ARMS LENGTH' - I have always, always coached that, within
the Network Mktg industry at least - we need to keep ourselves at a 'distance' from any
companies we associate with. It's perfectly Ok to 'love' these companies - but we
should never fall 'in love with' them (B-I-G difference). Keeping at arm's lengtht takes the
emotional aspect away - it helps keep US in control, as independent entrepreneurs who are branding
OURSELVES.
In actual fact, the 'companies' should simply serve
as the "vendors of excellent products" for ourselves, our Customers, our Partners. And if they should ever seriously "mess" with us - we FIRE them - and together, the
Team simply "pushes and plays" another company[s] -IF- that should ever become necessary.
I am only pointing out how I believe we should 'position' ourselves with companies in this particular industry. These companies can provide us with a 'business
opportunity' - for certain - but even that serves only as a "means to an end" for us, which is
=> our ultimate Financial and Time Freedom.
Bottom Line - We need the safety and protection and
opportunity of MULTIPLE income streams. This creates a secure "cushion" for us - this gives us a Safety Net. Period.
Period. There are different ways to accomplish this - including having ONE "primary" Home Biz + a number of
[non-competing] "passive" income streams.
And when you learn HOW we accomplish this - through the
above-mentioned 'INTEGRATED' BUSINESS MARKETING
STRATEGY - you will understand.
N-O-T-E -- But before we go
any further…
(1)- LEGAL Notice - I am not recommending that you join any businesses or resources I might list. Neither am I guaranteeing your success. All I can do is show you what has worked for me and our team. Although they might seem to be - NO business is 'perfect' - none - nada - it doesn't exist (they are run by human beings. :-) I will always advise on any findings that I feel may be critical to your due dilligence.
The BIGGER MISSION - As I've stressed before - a critical as having a
solid Home Business is (especially now, in these economic times) - and as important as learning good Internet marketing skills and
strategies 'for' that business is (as well as having a good, solid Marketing SYSTEM) - any business should
be thought of as only one part of a much larger goal => that of achieving total Economic & Time
Independence. Although many of my own Websites 'focus' on the Home Business industry - please
consider that a good Home Business is simply one of the many tools for arriving there.
My mission is to help you with your Home Biz, for sure - but it's also to provide you with some (general)
guidance for complete FINANCIAL & TIME FREEDOM for you and your
loved ones ==> a happier, more secure future and a better life.

Evaluation - Factors for evaluating ANY Home Business enterprize include -
first, the Products & Services [guarantees /
service / exclusivity / patents / pricing / market demand / baby boomers] - next, their Policies & Procedures (the Legal Agreement you must agree to, and sign - it's at
the very "heart" of the company's rules, intentions, thinking and treatment of you => watch out for any harsh "gotchas!") -- then,
the Management structure [experience / integrity / talent / leadership] -- Track Record --
Financial Stability -- the Timing [in the marketplace] -- Pay
Plan [fair / balanced / reward the right behavior, etc] -- Training [in 'business management education', not sales] -- Support [tools / systems / resources].
Eight (8) ESSENTIALS - In addition to the above criteria, I personally insist on these at
least eight (8) other factors whenever selecting a Network Marketing Home Biz: (1)- ideally, it should not be a start-up [or pre-launch] deal - it should be at least three to
five (3-5) years old ---
(2)- ideally. it should be a member of (or have a 'clean slate' with)
- the BBB (Better Business Bureau)- the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) - the DSA (Direct Selling Association) --- (3)- it should have a "mission driven" /
"product focused" / "customer based" philosophy ---
(4)- it should have a Comp
Plan that is fair and balanced (rewarding the right behavior in the field for both part-timers and
full-timers). There are people earning great incomes in every Pay Plan out
there. Don't fall for idea that a Matrix is better than a Binary - or that a Binary is better than a Unilevel - or that a
Unilevel is better than a Breakaway, etc. Personally, I tend to favor a Unilevel, but when all is said and dome, a Comp Plan is like a machine: You pour product volume in the top, and
commissions come out the bottom. There are a lot of different flavors, and each has its own advantages and
disadvantages. --- (5)- it should have a global
reach, or at least be international, for its products / services, to balance out the 'economic gyrations' in any one country,
and to provide diversification --- (6)- it should have an excellent, verifiable (healthy) "business ratio" of
Customers to Reps (ideally, a 75%-to-25% ratio - otherwise, it will
become unstabe and begin to unravel at some point) --- (7)- it should have a verifiable low "drop out" rate (attrition is the "curse" of the Home Business industry) --- (8)- it should have remarkable, proprietary
(consummable) products that you would buy "regardless" of any Comp Plan
attached. These (8) factors are "critical" in any of my evaluations.
Is it a Good FIT? - As
well, you need to carefully determine - in advance - whether the business being considered will FIT you properly, in terms of your
time, money and marketing skills (one or more of these attributes will be required by most companies). As well, there are
some businesses that you could "never" build successfully - no matter how hard you try - because of your particular 'personality'
trait (a KEY consideration). There are also a number of 'other' factors that come into play, in terms of whether a particular Home
Business will FIT you correctly (I have written on a number of Forums about this [largely ignored and misunderstood]
consideration).

California
GOLD RUSH
A little history lesson... When GOLD was discovered
in California (mid-1800's), news of that discovery spread like "wildfire" everywhere - resulting in tens of thousands of men
and women coming to California from the rest of the US and abroad, to seek their individual fortunes. The colorful adventure
stories have "filled" many history books for decades.
Q---->> Guess who ended up making the most money -
accumulating the biggest riches?
Was it a)- the gold-miners? -- or
b)- those who sold the "tools & supplies" to the gold-miners?
A---->> The answer is b) - and by a
wide margin.
Likewise, in my own case, after more than 20-years as a professional in this great industry
((having associated with 'many' different companies - having been a Customer, Rep and a Home Biz
Coach - having served on the Board Of Directors of our professional Association (ANMP), representing Canada)) -- I now also
concentrate on selecting, using and promoting the very "best" PICKS &
SHOVELS for people to become more successful in this industry - based on my own exhaustive research, study, tracking
and personal participation.
Not everybody will be interested in my primary MLM business -
because most people already have one of those. However, almost everybody who does have one IS looking for
=> Education =>
Training => Biz Building Tools => Leads => Marketing Support, etc.
-- the really good "picks & shovels" -- the
(5)-Star rated ones.
So I participate in that part of the industry as well - and YOU can too, if you
wish.
